Narration In Favor Of Books Ruthless People (Ruthless People #1)

To the outside world, they look like American Royalty, giving to charities, feeding the homeless, rebuilding the city. But behind closed doors is a constant battle for dominance between two Bosses, cultures, and hearts. Ruthless People is a romantic crime fiction set in modern day Chicago, following the life and marriage of Melody Nicci Giovanni and Liam Callahan—rivals by blood and leaders through fear. Their marriage was arranged by their fathers in hopes to end years of bloodshed between the Irish and the Italians. Liam, next in line to lead the Irish, believes he’s getting a simple-minded wife, one he can control, one who bends to his every need . . . the complete opposite of Melody. Bred to be a Boss, a world-class marksman, master of disguise, with no mercy and no fear. Twenty-four years later, she has achieved more than any man could even dream of, killing anyone who steps in her way. She knows exactly what type of man Liam is, and she would rather die than give up the power she has spent her whole life building. But with no other family left, she must not only learn to work with Liam, but the whole Callahan clan. The Mafia of the past is evolving, and with rival bosses gunning for them, Melody and Liam will have to figure out how to work as one to take down those who stand in their way, all while keeping up appearances. Power, Family, and Respect are everything. Warning: This book contains adult language and subject matter including graphic violence and explict sex that may be disturbing for some readers. This book is not intended for readers under the age of 18.

★★★★★! Ruthless People, book 1 of 4. A whirlwind, blood-filled merger of two mafia houses and the power struggle / fuck-fest that ensues between a prodigal son & a mafia heiress! She fucking shot me. I had been so shocked and horny that my mind couldnt even comprehend what had happened. Books in series should be read in order:Book 0.5: Declan + CoralineBook 1: Ruthless PeopleBook 2: UntouchablesBook 3: American SavagesBook 4: A Bloody KingdomThe Ruthless People trilogy follows two

Everyone is ruthless. They just don't know it. You do. I do. And that is why we are on top and will remain so."Oh, to hell with it, I will just go with the 5 stars. Freedom of rating and all that. I don't care that the main character should have rot in hell for the things they did, I grew to root for the Callahan's clan. I can't believe this is actually a debut novel, it was faced-paced, action packed, entertaining, sexy and exhilarating. We have two main characters that very much resembles Mr.

|4.5 gotta get me some Irish and Italian stars|Rules:*You kill for family. You die for family. I agree so much with this review, Melody was such a flat & unlikeable character and everything was just so unrealistic. Its a real pity, like you

(BR with my Bestie) This book literally put me to sleep the past three nights.I even fell asleep two more times tonight on it. And I was on the last 25% of the story. I love a good mafia story. I've seen all the classic movies. I heard that this one was brutal. That it was not a hearts & flowers love story. I was prepared for that. The cursing didn't phase me. I curse like a filthy truck driver, everyday!! The violence didn't bother me as well. This story is just preposterous!!Maybe I am
